A contemporary approach to yoga

Abir offers yoga classes that will make you feel healthy, grounded, strong and inspired by the practice of yoga yet her style is contemporary with a modern influence in her music selection. A sense of adventure and a love for the great outdoors, Abir has always been active and loves to complement her yoga practice with running, spinning and hiking with her family and dog in the countryside.

Yoga Schedule

Hatha Yoga (all levels)

A well-balanced practice helping studio users to build a strong foundation in yoga.

Tuesdays 6.45-7.45pm
Thursdays 9.30-10.30am

Vinyasa Flow (intermediate)

A more dynamic practice synchronising movement with breath. The poses flow with equal emphasis given to both the pose and the transition between poses.

Tuesdays 8-9pm

Vinyasa Flow (all levels)

Let your body move fluidly through a beautiful series of Vinyasa flow yoga poses to create strength, agility and mindfulness. 

Fridays 10.45-11.45am
Sundays 10-11.15am

FLW HTA (warmed 26C) (all levels)

Hatha yoga class is designed to align body, mind and spirit, featuring longer holds and some flowing postures to break down restrictions in the body and develop strength, stamina and a sense of ease.

Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm
